Recipe :
- 100 gms roasted peanuts...
- 15 garlic cloves
- 2-3 green chillies
- 3 tbsp red chili powder / 3-4 dried red chillies
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Method :
- Dry Roast the garlic and green chillies , now in a blender , put the peanuts , roasted garlic and green chillies , blend , not into fine powder , let it have a little coarse texture .
- Now in a pan , put the blended mix , salt, red chili powder and oil, roast for 2-3 mins...
- It's done...
- You can store it an air tight container for a good 20-25 days...
