(Serves 3)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Boiled colocasia and boiled potatoes(cut into small cubes)...
- 1 tbsp Chaat masala
- 1 tbsp Sweet chutney
- 2 tbsp Green chutney
- Sev to garnish
Method:
- Spread kachalu and aaloo in a big bowl.
- Add both chutneys and chaat masala and mix well .
- Sprinkle sev on top.
- Ready to serve.
- Dates+tamarind + jaggery (equal quantity)
- Boil all together till everything is soft and mushy - approx 7-10 mins on low flame.
- Cool down and sieve the mixture nicely .
- Put salt and red chili powder as per taste.
- Ready to serve.
